To cover the Insured’s Legal and/or Contractual Liabilities arising out of their operations as a terminal and/or port operator in respect of
a)&&&&& Loss of or damage to cargo
b)&&&&& Loss of or damage to customer’s property other than ships
c)&&&&& Loss of or damage to customer’s ships&
d)&&&&& Loss of or damage to third party’s property
e)&&&&& Death or personal injury to third parties other than jemployees.&
f)&&&&&& Errors & Omissions, including delay, wrongful delivery &&&&&&&&&&hand other financial losses. &
g)&&&&& Fines and Duty.
h)&&&&& Advice and Information.
i)&&&&&&& Infringement of Personal Rights
j)&&&&&&& Legal Costs and Expenses.
LIMIT OF LIABILITY&&
USD25,000,000.00 Combined Single Limit each and every loss or series of losses arising out of any one event and sub-limits as follows:
1) Customer Liabilities&&&&& USD 25,000,000.00 any one accident or occurrence
2) Errors & Omissions&&&&& &USD 1,000,000.00 any one
&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&& &accident or occurrence
3) Third Party Liability&&&&& USD 25,000,000.00 any one
&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&& accident or occurrence
4) Fines and Duty&&&&&&&&&& USD 1,000,000.00 any one
&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&& &&&&&&accident or occurrence
5) Pollution&&&&&&&&&&&&&&& USD 1,500,000.00 any one
&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&& accident or occurrence
6) Costs&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&& USD 25,000,000.00 any one

（It only covers the legal liability which the Insured should indemnify third party due to handling equipment, not
including the loss of equipment itself.）
