客户已经确认要下订单,但是书面订单一直不下怎么办
现在有个客户,看厂的时候就已经确定要下订单了,价格谈好,回来的时候一直邮件联系,把付款方式等等一系列的都谈好了,
可是几天了,书面订单一直没来,我又不好意思催,怎么办呢?
或者我应该委婉的说一下,还是直接问问是怎么回事呢?
求指教!!!

我们之前做出口的时候,合同都是我们做好,让客户确认。 我建议你做个 Sales Confirmation 吧,把你们跟客户谈好的价格及付款条件等等都写进去。让他确认下。 你还不好意思?? 说不定客户现在正在跟别家谈着比较价格啊什么的呢, 订单是不能等的,你得做出一种让客户知道你随时准备好了的姿态,客户下订单也是为了赚钱,你们是互利共赢,你有啥不好意思的??再等客户在别人那里下单了,你哭都来不及了!!

大家好,我有一个美国客户,是比较有意向的, 但是快过年了,我想催他下个订单,但是不知道用什么样的句子表达比较好,我想跟客户说,快过年了,然后工厂也会提早关门,想让先下个单,这样我们就能给他早点排厂期等, 帮忙翻译下,希望多提供一些比较委婉的表达的句子给我,谢谢& &
一下是我自己写的,但是觉得写的不够委婉,太生硬了

As you konw well the Spring Festival is comming soon here in CHINA.&&Our mill will be shut down early around 18 of Feb, and as be informed our supplier will advanced much more than this schedule.&&Therefeore, if there is any new updating and processing of your order, it's better to let me share the information as early as possible, so that we can prepare material sourcing/purchasing before the holiday, which will save time for you. Otherwise the long holiday in CHINA may cause some delay.

纯粹是中国式英语,什么叫SHUT DOWN? 你们的工厂要倒闭了吗?
既然你的英语水平有限,你最好把邮件写的尽量短一点,少用词汇,因为你用的词越多,老外越难受,很快就会厌烦了。可能是美国人看着你写邮件心烦,所以不愿意与你联系的太频繁。
国际贸易的邮件不是交朋友,而是做生意的交流手段,不要废话,不要客套。
建议你最好找一本大学国际贸易专业的外贸函电课本好好学学,你就可以写出符合外贸专业的邮件。

要尽量简洁,用词要准确,不要让老外理解错误。遣词造句时需要符合老外的语言习惯,这方面短时期内没办法突破,还需要长期学习和培养。记住两个关键词:simplicity & accuracy.

亲爱的,shut down 确实是有关闭的意思,也有停工的意思,而且老美还很喜欢用这个词汇,因为之前我的客户在圣诞节的时候要休息,跟我说的就是这个 shut down ,还有一点,句子过长自然不好,但是也要有一些委婉的过度。至于你说的找一本外贸函电的书来看,我感觉书本上的远远不如实践来的有用
