一、贝仕船舶管理公司简介(Bernhard Schulte Shipmanagement Company)

Bernhard Schulte Shipmanagement was created in 2008 by combining four ship management organizations already owned by the Schulte Group (established 1883) into one integrated maritime services company: Hanseatic Shipping (1972), Dorchester Atlantic Marine (1978), Eurasia Group (1981) and Vorsetzen Bereederungs- und Schiffahrtskontor (1999).
目前，贝仕集团全球管理665多条船舶，中国公司管理了40多条集装箱船舶，为TUE的船舶，以TEU的大集装箱船为主，全部为5年之内的新船。

Currently, BSM manages about 665 ships, among which 40 container ships are under the control of BSM China, including TEU, mainly TEU- five years new ships. Our vision: to be the leader in quality shipmanagement.
二、三明治培训计划简介(Sandwich Training Program)
贝仕船舶管理有限公司与上海市南湖职业学校合作，进行一个名为三明治培训计划。计划内容为：由贝仕公司负责招聘培训生，南湖学校负责为期半年课程培训，主要进行英语强化、熟知公司规章制度和企业文化等培训，通过考核者，将被贝仕船舶管理公司录用，并作为普通船员（水手或机工）派到公司船上工作。在船工作满两年的优秀者将被选送参加航海职业教育，考取三副或三管轮证书，学成继续安排在贝仕船舶管理公司船上工作，全程都由贝仕船舶管理有限公司监督管理。
BSM carries out the program called Sandwich Training Program by cooperating with the Shanghai Nanhu Vocation School. The procedure is as follows: BSM recruits the candidates from high school, who will take one semester tailored training program in Nanhu School. The course focuses on not only intensive English training, but also the familiarization of company's culture and regulation.
Those qualified trainees will be recruited by BSM and work on the BSM managed ships for two years as rating cadets (OS/Wiper). Then, they have to come back to school to take the two-year career training and get 3/O or 4/E license.
Finally, they rejoin BSM vessels as cadets. In the whole process, BSM will monitor, track and assess their performance.
三、现招收学员若干名，要求如下：
1. 男性，年龄在18至28周岁之间，特别优秀者年龄可适当放宽；
2. 持有机工或水手白皮证书，具有高中或同等以上学历，并拥有良好的英语基础；
3. 身体健康，经体检符合交通部海船船员体检要求；
4. 热爱航海事业、思想品德端正，无不良行为记录，政治上符合出国政审条件。
Qualifications and requirements:
a. Male, aged 18~28, can be extended
b. holding the certificate of qualification for OS/Wiper, with senior high school/equivalent degree or above, good basis of E
c. physical health, conforming to the requirement of
physical examination for seafarers by the Ministry of T
d. loving the seafaring career, good morality without criminal records, and meeting to the requirements of political censorship for going abroad.
四、学时(Academic Term)
日 至 日 (March, 19th C June, 30th, 2013)
五、学习费用及付费方式 (Tuition and Fees)
每人学习总费用为：7200元，包括：培训费、教材费、住宿费。
开学报到时其学习费用一并缴付上海市南湖职业学校。
Total Expense per person is RMB 8,500, including training fees, material and accommodation cost. All costs and fees are paid to Shanghai Nanhu Vocation School after the registration.
