　　3、渠道要求：有良好的分销网络及网点，有全面的终端销售渠道和开发能力。
　　4、有良好的商业信誉和一定的经济实力；有专项资金和人员投入。
　　5、遵守价格协议，不得低价抛货。
　　6、完善本区域招商、销售或售后服务工作，不得跨区域销售。
　　7、有强烈的发展欲望，有野心成就一番事业，有旺盛的事业心。
