龙口16种甲类和8种乙类慢性病列入门诊慢性病报销行列

[提要]今天上午，记者从龙口市医疗保险管理中心获悉，最新居民基本医疗保险门诊慢性病报销病种已经列出，包含16种甲类门诊慢性病和8种乙类门诊慢性病。
　　烟台12月5日讯（龙口台 于波）今天上午，记者从龙口市医疗保险管理中心获悉，最新居民基本医疗保险门诊慢性病报销病种已经列出，包含16种甲类门诊慢性病和8种乙类门诊慢性病。　　首先居民患有规定的慢性病发生的门诊费用才可以报销。规定的门诊慢性病病种包括16种（类）甲类门诊慢性病（原城镇居民医保门诊统筹大病），即白血病、慢性肾功能衰竭（肾衰竭期）、脑出血后遗症、颅内肿瘤（良性）、椎管内肿瘤（良性）、全身各系统恶性肿瘤、重度烧伤、肝硬化失代偿期、慢性肺源性心脏病（肺、心功能失代偿期）、慢性心力衰竭（心功能III级以上）、糖尿病合并并发症、脑梗塞后遗症、系统性红斑狼疮、再生障碍性贫血、股骨头坏死（行减压植骨手术后、行髋关节置换术前）、精神障碍（精神分裂症、偏执性精神障碍、心境障碍、强迫症）。8种乙类门诊慢性病（原城镇居民医保门诊统筹慢性病），即糖尿病、慢性心力衰竭（心功能II级）、类风湿关节炎、重症肌无力、系统性硬化病、原发性血小板增多症、血友病、结核病。　　居民所患的慢性病是否属于规定的病种需要经过认定程序，即需个人申请并经有门诊慢性病认定资质的医院诊断同意申报，再由龙口市人社部门统一组织查体，并组织相关专家审核鉴定，符合条件的，颁发《烟台市居民基本医疗保险门诊慢性病手册》及《专用处方》，居民方可享受门诊慢性病待遇。 　想爆料？请登录《阳光连线》（）、拨打新闻热线，或登录齐鲁网官方微博（）提供新闻线索。
