美国、俄罗斯哪个对中国更据威胁性？
美国、俄罗斯哪个对中国更据威胁性？徐明天乌克兰危机、普京访华、中俄关系进入一个新的合作时期。有人一再讲俄罗斯不可信，并讲起历史，认为中俄不能合作。有人还说，普京是将祸水东移，中俄合作将得罪美国，对中国不利等。可这些人却不讲另一个事实。中国一直跟乌克兰有良好的合作，而美国一直干扰乌克兰与中国的军事合作，并对乌克兰进行威胁。而美国在乌克兰发动政变，实际上是推翻与中国关系密切的乌克兰政府。在国内动乱激烈的期间，乌克兰前总统还访问中国，可见中乌关系之密切。美国推翻乌克兰前政府，中乌关系是原因之一。乌克兰危机以来，中国一直保持中立立场，当然没有必要得罪俄罗斯。而美国总统奥巴马亚洲之行，就公开军事威胁中国，不只是非常不友好，简直就是赤裸裸地以中国为敌。接下来，美国就操纵日本、菲律宾、越南对中国性趣种种挑衅。中国难道不应该考虑自己的安全？任由美国为所欲为。这时候普京访华，加强中俄合作，对中国也是非常必要和需要的。美国以中国为敌，中国不能不予以回击。这就是中俄美的三国现实关系。有些人以历史来挑拨中俄关系，其实是不懂历史和不顾历史事实。本人简单讲出基本的历史事实。一、中俄关系可上溯到800年前。那个时候，俄罗斯刚刚建国建都现在乌克兰的基辅不久，成吉思汗的孙子挥军西进，就扫荡了莫斯科和基辅。俄罗斯只好退向北方和东方。蒙古军队兵败罗马，一部分人回到中国，有一部分人就流落在欧洲。匈牙利就是以蒙古人为主成立的国家。而乌克兰境内的靼鞑人就是蒙古军队的后裔。俄罗斯人东进后，进入亚洲，因蒙古衰落，他们乘机占领西伯利亚等大片领土。这种占领一直持续到清朝，若原因是当时这些地方人口稀少，根本没有抵抗。一直到满清入关，这种现状还没有大的变化，满清不愿意汉人进入关外，直到后来才开放汉人出关，就是因为俄罗斯占领领土太多，这才让汉人出关屯田抵抗俄罗斯。山东人闯关东就是这种背景。建国后，中俄关系一直处于敌对状态，中国曾经列举中俄历史上签署的一系列不公平条约，历数被 俄罗斯侵占的大片中国领土。美国是一个什么样的国家？中国的民主派称赞美国是一个民主自由的国家。其实，300年前，欧洲就是一个专制动乱的地区，没有什么民主自由。欧洲不但在欧洲内战，而且在工业革命后侵略全世界，美国就是这个时候在侵略的血腥屠杀中成立的。美洲离欧洲非常遥远，但欧洲人发现这里后，就入侵美洲，英、法、西班牙、荷兰、葡萄牙都侵略过全世界，他们不但侵占了美洲，还侵略非洲，并侵略亚洲。中国的台湾曾被荷兰占领，澳门被葡萄牙占领。后起的英法通过战争占领了葡萄牙、西班牙的这些殖民地，也占领了中国的香港。英国人就在美洲建立了美国。而英法也发生战争，法国处于下峰，但还是保住了加拿大这块殖民地。美国、加拿大、澳大利亚、新西兰是在这里移民的欧洲人反击欧洲本土的压迫剥削而通过战争而独立。这就是美国的历史和现实。侵略扩张是美国的基因。中美的敌对是从八国联军入侵中国开始的。鸦片战争的主要发动者是英国，但当时美国还是英国的附庸，也从美洲来到中国。后来，欧美为了在亚洲的利益和在欧洲的战争，在抗日战争期间也支持中国抗日，俄罗斯也站在了中国一边。抗战胜利后，因朝鲜半岛仍然分裂，金日成发起统一战争，不论如何，这是朝鲜内部事务，而美国就出兵朝鲜，并将战火烧到中朝边境，中国发起抗美援朝。美国兵败朝鲜，中国领导和发起受到鼓舞的全球殖民地国家的解放独立运动。东南亚、非洲、拉丁美洲殖民地国家纷纷独立，超越殖民者。而这时候，美国已经成为欧洲的领袖。这是美国敌视中国的根源。后来，美国还发动了越南战争。中美军事摩擦一直不断。而这个时期，中俄也爆发了珍宝岛战事。现在，美国不但在欧洲东进，并且宣誓重返亚洲，压迫中国。我提醒这样一个问题:如果中国身边不是俄罗斯而是美国，中美关系会是一个什么样子？美国、俄罗斯哪个对中国更据威胁性？这就是中国面临的国际现实，我们不能不从历史的考察中，进行现实的选择。我认为中俄联合是现实共同的需求。而中俄对抗却是美国希望的。对抗对中国最为不利，中国绝不能上美国的挑拨。
