3、项目简介：新源热力公司实施了北线高温热水集中供热工程，目前，该工程已经竣工，完成了滕州市城区北部热网主管道以及部分支线建设，共建成一级管网52公里，管网覆盖面积超过500万平方米，实际供热面积约220万平米，二级换热站80座，2014年底再新增4座。

六、 投标人资格要求：
1、必须在中华人民共和国注册并具有独立法人资格，具有独立签订合同的权利；具有圆满履行合同的能力，包括实施所投标项目应具备的实力；
2、必须具有机电设备安装二级及以上资质，具有安全生产许可证。
3、企业业绩：近五年具有2项同类项目检修维护业绩，应提供合同复印件证明材料（体现合同双方、合同范围、服务内容、合同规模等信息）；
4、具有健全的财务会计制度，经审计的财务状况良好；遵守国家有关法律、法规、规章，具有良好的商业信誉，没有处于被责令停业及财产被接管、冻结、破产、投标资格被取消状态；
5、投标方在近5年内不曾在任何合同中违约，或被逐，或因投标方的原因而使任何合同被解除，近3年内无经济诉讼案件的发生，近3年内没有骗取中标、严重违约事件，无借取他人或向他人出借资质或业绩的情况。
6、本次招标不接受联合体投标；不接受不具备独立资质的子公司或分公司代表其母公司投标；法定代表人为同一个人的两个及两个以上法人不得在本项目同时投标，母公司与全资子公司及其控股公司不得在本项目同时投标，否则招标人会全部拒绝相关投标；
八、投标申请递交：

近日，记者从新源热力公司获悉，在原北线高温热水管网规划区域内新建支线管网科圣路热网工程，并在3月1日开工建设。整个工程分两段施工，第一段施工工期为3月初至4月底，预计第二段施工工期为8月初至10月中旬，工程完工之后，滕州市学院路以北、通盛路以南、科圣路两侧北部城区各小区有望实现供暖。
　　本报滕州3月2日讯(记者 甘倩茹 实习生 李莎莎 通讯员 周甜甜) 近日，记者从新源热力公司获悉，在原北线高温热水管网规划区域内新建支线管网科圣路热网工程，并在3月1日开工建设。
　　随着城市的发展，科圣路(学院路至通盛路间)区间的和家园小区、消防大队、状元府小区、奥体花园小区等多家小区相继建成陆续上房，并先后向新源热力公司递交用热申请，要求实施供热。滕州市政府也要求新源热力公司根据供热专项规划和区域供热设施配套需求尽快对科圣路区域实施供热配套。在此背景下，新源热力公司积极开展项目前期工作，根据项目改造的必要性、立项依据、背景、沿线用户的资料、科圣路及主管网现状、项目建设存在的问题等进行充分调研，并组织滕州市政府相关部门和设计单位进行现场勘察，编写了《项目可行性研究报告》，报上级部门审批，项目于2015年完成审批，具备实施条件。
　　据了解，科圣路供热工程是由滕州市政府主管部门牵头，新源热力公司具体实施的重点民生工程。该路段施工难度较大，尤其是学院路口和北辛路口，地下管线复杂，施工难度较大，新源热力公司进行了大量的前期准备工作。工作人员对物资生产准备情况、科圣路道路现状、现场施工条件等进行了细致排查，各参建单位对本次工程的重点难点进行了剖析，并提出了相应的解决方案。目前，各项准备工作就序，具备开工条件。
　　本次供热工程主要项目为科圣路的供热管网直埋铺设，供回水温度设计为100/50℃，可增加供热面积约120万平方米。整个工程分两段施工，第一段施工工期为3月初至4月底，预计第二段施工工期为8月初至10月中旬，工程完工之后，滕州市学院路以北、通盛路以南、科圣路两侧北部城区各小区有望实现供暖。
