适用范围：
旅游探亲签证（676类别）：适用于访澳目的为度假、观光、探亲访友或购置私人房产的申请人，以及访澳目的为参加3个月以内（含3个月）的非正式课程或培训的申请人。
担保探亲签证（679类别）：适用于前往澳大利亚度假、观光或探亲访友的申请人，如在澳有亲属并愿意为其提供担保的申请人。
提醒：担保探亲需要在澳大利亚递交签证申请，并由澳大利亚当地移民局审批。
旅游签证（676类和679类）持有人在澳期间不得进行工作。
停留期限：
根据不同情况，旅游签证可签发单次或多次入境签证，在澳停留期限为每次3个月、6个月或12个月。申请人可根据需要，申请相应的入境次数和停留时间。签证官则会根据申请人的个人情况，来决定是否同意给与相应的签证。
一般情况下，3个月的旅游签证已能够满足绝大多数访澳者的需要。如需签发停留期限更长的签证，则需要符合特定的条件。例如，申请人为澳大利亚公民或永久居民的父母，并且已经递交了移民申请，但移民签证尚未批准。
旅游签证是为了满足申请人短期访问澳大利亚而设的签证类别。因此在一般情况下，此签证不能作在澳停留超过12个月之用；也不能借助此签证,实现在澳长期居住的目的。
所需材料：
适用于首次赴澳的申请人（676类）首次申请赴澳签证、或在过去5年中没有访问过澳大利亚，或只参加过ADS旅游团访澳的申请人。

9、在职证明或在读证明
（1）如申请人是在职人员，需提供工作单位准假信，信上注明：你的职位和薪资；在职时间；批准休假；
签发准假信的人员的姓名和联系方式。（2）私营业主需提供营业执照复印件（3）退休人员需提供退休证复印件（4）在读学生需提供在读证明
10、如您的申请递交在北京和广州签证处，护照和签证结果将通过EMS
邮政特快专递寄还给您，请提供一张写有中文回邮地址的EMS
