金愤叉组织只知道要钱,不知道服务
是吗？！我倒不知道这回事，从他们组织的规定来看，应当是不收费的啊，小费是要由顾客自愿给的。因为他们由酒店发工资啊是他们向顾客所取小费，还是明着规定服务要收钱？
金愤叉会员每年是要向广州汇钱的
组织啊，那是，一年1200呢，收钱之后确实什么都不干，培训联谊都很少，要问他们钱哪里去了，他们就说中国金钥匙基础薄弱，都用来推广普及，钱还不够用呢（孙主席前天刚说的哈哈）

不过好像入会确实相当不严格基本上酒店愿意给钱，都可以送人当金钥匙
很多地方金钥匙也就是门面＋一个高级点的服务人员
我个人以为，一间酒店里的所有人员，包括老总都是高级点的服务人员。那位说金钥匙标志像纳粹标志的，你知不知道纳粹的标志是怎么样的？是和佛教的标志，也就是佛像胸前的标志，几乎一样的，只是方向相反，那佛教很恶心吗？？你到底有没有见过金钥匙的标志是什么样的？？参加培训的资格审查确实不够严格，但培训后还是有考试的，有笔试、英语口试、面试，考试不合格的，酒店再给钱也不会同意入会的。直接说，我就是一个金钥匙。金钥匙在中国，确实是没有什么人知道的，很多客人都不了解，只有酒店业内人士才会了解一些，所以才需要不断的推广。红军当年还要长征呢，我们中国的金钥匙要发展起来，也要有个过程吧，胖子可不是一天吃成的。中国金钥匙经过八年的发展，走到今天这一步已经不错了。我始终认为，做人还是宽容一些好。
现在金钥匙真的有点烂了，我们这个小小的城市，7家三星级酒店有5家饭店有金钥匙的，济宁那个小城市，有一家酒店拥有14个金钥匙，你说这象话吗？所谓萝卜快了不洗泥，请问金钥匙的含金量靠什么来维持呢？我们这里的金钥匙连国家的饭店英语考试最初级的都没过。现在金钥匙组织者纯粹是在挣钱，他才不问你金钥匙是个什么样的人呢多少年以前，我记得一个很感人的金钥匙案例，但这几年来，很少有这样的金钥匙了，因为多所以光芒难以显现，不是这样的吗。因为珍贵，所以自重者；因为泛滥，所以无……哎……我愿与金钥匙们一起探讨，也原与不是金钥匙的员工探讨。加入金钥匙一年要交几万元的会费，而年度开会、培训更要交费，而这个组织提供给我们的是什么呢？大家都好好想想吧，我们的投资是否真的有效益呢？
