1.&以最合理的价格，最好的质量和最佳的运输条件为目的，寻找供应商，并与现有供应商进行年度降价谈判。2.&管理供应商，关注其公司发展，充当施耐德与供应商的商务窗口，关注其服务绩效，签署合同，核定价格；3.&以降本为目的，发起并管理COS/QVE/Lean等项目。4.&支持工厂运营所需要的其他项目。1.&Search and select supplier with competitive price, good performance of quality and delivery，negotiate with supplier to get2.&Manage the supplier, pay attention to the development and business trend and change, be the contact window for Schneider, track the service KPI, contract signing, RFQ;3.&Initiate and lead COS/QVE/Lean project to get4.&Support plant as needed.Basic Requirements:1. Bachelor degree or above , Mechanical/Electronical engineering background2. Willing to cooperate with others, open and optimistic.3. 3 years + sourcing/project management experience in industrial is preferable.4. Good Microsoft skills, especially excel.5. Good communication and negotiation skills, team work spirit.
