今天我来谈谈自我介绍之后紧接着会遇到的问题，Why do you want to work here?
这里的关键词是work吗，是why吗。不不不，是最末的一个词，here。
我小时候总问我妈妈，麦当劳和肯德基买的东西是一样的，他们为什么不合并成一家公司呢？麦当劳和肯德基有区别吗？
求职时是一样的呀。你都面消费品，面试联合利华他们问，你还投了宝洁吗？和宝洁比，你为什么更想在我们这儿工作呢？
这题我们要表达出对你对这个公司知道得很多，而你的个人资质match到公司的需求（to show that you know a lot about the company and that your qualifications match the company's needs)
1. Show出你对公司的了解，包括对可能工作的部门的了解，未来工作伙伴的了解（你清楚你以后要和那样的人一起工作吗？）
2. 研究公司的产品或者服务，了解公司在社会上的积极影响
3. 熟悉公司的使命（mission statement）和核心价值
4. 熟悉公司官网上“About us”板块的介绍
5. 不要将“选择的理由”局限于你个人。重点放在公司积极的影响，公司能给你带来什么。
6. 告诉面试者你过去的教育和实习经历，如何符合公司的需要
7. 告诉面试者你对工作是有选择性/对岗位是有思考(being selective)的，不是会随随便便接受任何提供给你的工作

第三段总结陈词，你们公司好，我有技能，你们的业务适合我这种寻求挑战的人才，我们合体吧合体吧。全篇把公司夸得花儿一样，也把你自己夸了一通。两相欢喜。

其实英语面试用的词，并不高端，都是常用词。主要是组织句子和思路的逻辑性和流利性。
这些要当场想，肯定想不起来，毕竟不是英语native。

第一，没有过多自信，害怕出去之后找不到比这个更合适的工作；第二，比较重感情，感觉已经适应当下的工作不到万不得已不会离开；第三，能力有限，没有被猎头发现提供更好的就业机会，第四，工作职位很一般等等

看目标岗位是什么性质了。高级钳工、修表技师、网络系统管理员可以做一辈子；公关、广告、销售基本3～5年就要换地方；很多行业的公司的平均存活期连5年都不到，也不可能做1o年。

前面的顾问及经理人对这个问题进行了一些分析，说得也有道理。招聘及面试这样的员工也好，还是招聘及面试工作满二三年要换岗位的，还是工作了10几年才准备换岗、换环境的人员也罢，其实主要看：一是这个人的职业操守、职业道德怎样？二是看专业水平、业务能力、以往业绩及工作表现怎样；三是看融入新环境及团队的能力怎样？如果前面三个方面，通过面试及考察下来，是减分的，那也不会因工作了10年才跳槽而加分。四是前面的都OK，最后的落脚点放在：这个人与现在所招职位的契合度、匹配度、职位性（职务）符合度怎样，能在新岗位发挥什么样的作用，给企业带来什么？最后都OK，那不只是加分的问题，是是否要录用的问题了。
其实加减分与工作年限关联度不大，有的工作几十年也不等于他为企业做出了多大贡献、也不代表他的职业操守就高，就得加分；工作年限短也不代表这样的人就不行，就会减分。加减分与年限应该是无关的。只是职场上有禁忌：频繁跳槽肯定不好，是减分的，心不定怎么谈工作和做事呢、甚至做好呢，事情及业绩多少都要点时间去验证和去实现。前面说的四点在几个人身上都具备，在同等条件下，我想工作了10多年不跳槽应当优先考虑（加分的），工作的稳定性还是要看的。
最后其实概括起来：就是要看他为什么要换岗，以前为什么不换，这个弄明白了，就知道是加分还是减分了。
相对看问题，不绝对看人和事，我想会得到理想的结果，得到正确的答案。

看具体的情况，10年的具体发展，十年都是一样的职位，不会加分，还会减分。还有十年之久，换职位的原因和动机是什么。

作为一个家电业的人事经理，你如果从基层做起，做了10年，感觉还是对企业有一定的忠诚度的，看你的能力，这10年你在不断进步，以至于你现在能力很强，那就是加分；反之，则减！
