原标题：被蜂蜇伤未获赔偿 一怒之下毒死蜜蜂　　被蜜蜂蜇伤而赔偿未达成协议，为泄愤报复竟毒死他人蜜蜂。经湖北省南漳县检察院提起公诉，法院近日以破坏生产经营罪判处被告人王德全、杨俊英有期徒刑一年，缓刑一年。
　　日，刘玉勤在用货车运输蜜蜂至该县城关镇榆树岭村时，散飞出来的蜜蜂将王德全、杨俊英等人蜇伤。后双方因医药费用赔偿问题未达成协议，并发生争执。6月13日，王德全、杨俊英为泄愤报复，相约来到该县九集镇双池寺村刘玉勤养殖蜜蜂处，用事先准备好的杀虫剂喷向蜂箱，将13箱蜜蜂全部毒死。经鉴定，被毒死的蜜蜂价值1.6万余元。
　　案发后，二被告人对犯罪事实供认不讳，并积极赔偿被害人的经济损失，最终获得被害人谅解。法院遂依法作出上述判决。
