　　前两天一个高中同学问小编（yichuqian360），现在好多人借了现金贷逾期不还，那些机构要不来钱会不会倒闭啊？他们靠什么赚钱呀？这位童鞋说完还特别神秘地问，我从一个平台上借了几千块钱，不还应该没事吧？
　　现金贷现状
　　小编觉得这个问题很有意思，首先说说什么是现金贷。目前对于现金贷并没有一个非常严格的定义，一般指那些期限短，金额小的短期贷款。
　　至于会不会因为要不来欠款就倒闭的问题，小编要告诉大家，现在互联网金融业务里赚钱最快的就是现金贷，还有人这样说：万般皆下品，唯有现金贷。不仅现金贷机构盈利多多，信贷员的月收入也是高过咱们普通人的，小编朋友圈里就有不少干信贷员的朋友，老实说，他们每个月挣的钱可比小编多，业绩好的时候，月入两、三万也不是什么难事。
　　现金贷靠什么赚钱？
　　其实现在现金贷行业普遍的坏账率都不低，普遍在20%以上，甚至有的还达到40%以上，但现金贷依然暴利，最直接的赚钱方式就是高额利息。
　　比如借给你1000元，一周后要你还1100，你感觉只多还了100元。因为金额不多，加上很多平台宣传的，是&日息&、&月息&，所以我们对它的实际利率不敏感。一旦按照正规的&年化率&方式计算，利息就变得惊人了。比如上面说的7天多还100元，日利率可就是1.43%！
　　我国法律规定，年利率超过36%为高利贷，超过部分，不受到&法律保护&。为了掩盖高额利息，大多平台都会收取一个&管理费&，实际上就是隐形的利息。
　　除了高利息，另一个盈利方法是逾期以后的高额罚金。就是靠着这些高额利息和逾期费，虽然这些平台往往坏账率很高，但高利差足以覆盖这些坏账，很多现金贷到了&只要坏账率不超过50%，就能盈利&的地步。
　　现金贷套路有哪些？
　　除了这些利润，现金贷还出过很多借贷问题。比如砍头息等等，有些借款人明明到账8000元，借条却写1万2。避免这些套路最好的办法就是，申请贷款应选择国家正规金融机构，切忌心存侥幸，不轻信网上贷款信息，不轻信无息、低息贷款，更不可轻易给对方转款，防止上当受骗。
　　现金贷可以不还吗？
　　可能有不少人说，既然现金贷有这么多问题，是不是就不用还了？当然不是，现金贷目前正在整顿当中，这个行业也在日渐合规化，不论你是从哪个平台上借了现金贷，该还的本金和利息依然要还，否则，还是会有&被催收&的隐患存在，搞不好，还会把自己的征信弄花。像那些欠款金额比较大的，还有可能面临&被起诉&的地步，得不偿失！
