教师招聘面试|小学语文说课试讲之教学目标分析(上)对义务教育阶段的小学语文的教学目标进行了一个统整,使我们从总体上对小学语文各模块的教学目标有了一个大概的了解。但是如果具体到每一节课堂教学的目标我们应该如何展开,又该如何围绕着新课改所提的&三维教学目标&来写呢?比如知识与技能目标,我们培养学生掌握哪些技能,学习哪些方法,养成怎样的情感价值观态度。因此,本文将对教学目标作进一步的分析,使其对语文教学目标变得更加明晰。《小学语文课程与教学论》中提到&根据语文课程标准对培养学生语文素养的阐述,我们大致可以把语文课程的教学任务分解成四个方面:
一、人文素养
培养学生的人文素养在课程中占有重要地位,在语文教学中,其特点主要表现在培养学生的情感、态度、审美、价值观等人文素养上。它包括以下几个方面:
1.爱国主义情感和社会主义道德品质
在语文教学中的道德教育不是单纯的用语言来说教,而是通过课程中的人物形象、生动的事例,引导学生获得情感陶冶和正确的道德判断。例如学习课文《詹天佑》、《小英雄雨来》、《狼牙山五壮士》等课文,学生通过学生能够认识到爱祖国、爱人民,不是一句空话,是通过其具体的言行所表现出来的。在语文学习中,通过阅读、习作、口语交际等各种各样的语文实践活动,培养学生的爱国主义情感。
2.认识中华文化的丰富博大,不断吸收民族文化智慧
语文教材中《长城》、《赵州桥》、《晏子使楚》、《草船借箭》等课文,以及教材中大量脍炙人口的古诗寓言,生动具体地反映了中华民族的智慧和创造精神,通过语文学习,要使学生认识中华文化的丰厚博大,从中吸收中华名族文化的智慧。
3.具备开放的视野,关心当代文化生活,吸取人类优秀文化的营养
语文教材中大量的富有时代气息的课文,可以让学生认识世界、了解世界,充实自己的精神世界。语文课程重视培养学生的阅读兴趣和能力,为学生课外阅读、上网查询各种信息,进一步开阔自己的视野,提供了充分的保障。
4.教育学生热爱中华民族的语言,热爱祖国的文字
热爱用这些语言文字写成的优秀文学作品,景仰写出这些优秀作品的伟大作家,景仰这些作家的崇高人格和爱国情怀。
总之,就是要培养学生热爱祖国的语言文字,通过感受汉字的形体美、汉语的语言美、体会诗歌的意境美、感受作品中人物的心灵美、在习作练习中的创造美等培养学生的审美情趣,通过爱国主义情感、高尚的理想情操、健多的伦理道德等提高学生的道德情操修养。

Analysis of Teaching Material(说教材)I. Statusand Function
1. This lesson isin the third period of this unit. It is a dialogue .It aims to enhancestudents’ reading skills. It also provides some new language points for thestudents to master.
2.This lesson is the first part of Unit2.So if the Ss can learn it well, it will be helpful to make the Ss learn therest of this unit.
3.Such a topic is related to dailylife, so it is helpful to raise learning interests of students and it will bealso helpful to improve their spoken English.
Reading is very important inEnglish learning . It can help the students to master some reading skillsthrough learning this passage. Moreover, attributive clause also plays animportant part in English learning.
II. TeachingAims and Demands
On studying the teaching material and analyzing theregulation of children’s growing of mind, I put forward three kinds of teachingobjectives according to English syllabus and new lesson standard.1. Knowledgeobjects (1) To help the students master the new words ,phrases andsentences.(加上具体的单词,句型)(2) To teach the students how to use the adverbial clausesof time.(3)To make sure that studentscan read, recognize and use these key phrases n foot ,by bike,bybus,by train(4)To enable the students performe the dialogue(5) Tofinish some exercises.(6)The Sscan use the patterns to express their thoughts in the proper situation.(7)The Ss can understand the content of the lesson.2.Ability objects (1) To developthe Ss’ abilities of listening, speaking, reading and writing by practicing thedialogue.
(2) To train the Ss’ ability ofworking in pairs.(3) To develop the Ss’abilities of communication by learning the useful structures.
3. Emotionobjects (1) To arouse the students’ interest in classactivities.(2) To train their team spirit by working in groups.(3) To educate the students to follow the publicrules.
(4)By completingthe task,the Ss increase their interest and set up self-c
(5)Teach the Ss what is“science”, put the moral education in the language study.
(6)To enable the Ss to be polite and love life.
(7)To enable the Ss to look after theirthings well.III. KeyPoints and Difficult Points and why (教学重难点及依据)
The teaching key and difficult points’ basis isestablished according to Section A Readand Write of Unit 2in the teaching material'sposition and function.Moreover students characteristics and new lesson standardshould be also taken into account.
Key points:(1)To make sure that Ss canuse these key phrases correctly and skillfully.(2).To help the Ss to communicatewith each other.(3).To enable the Ss to study in groups and co-operate skillfully.(4).To develop the Ss’ interest in English.(5) To help the students tomaster the new expressions. (6) To enable thestudents to communicate with each other. The students of grade5 are very active and curious.Andthey are interested in new things.They always like to use imagination andcommunication as their main studying ways After learning English for 2 years,they have some basic English background knowledge, so the teacher should attachimportance to the communication with them, providing them the chances of usinglanguage. class and let the students find theproblems by themselves.Our students are almost fromthe countryside. As for the learning methods, they are poor in cooperativelearning skills.Some students are not active in the class ,and some studentsdon’t like English.therefore, I ’ll have Ss study in a relaxed atmosphere. Studentsunderstand the new knowledge in certain degree through the mental process ofseeing, hearing, saying, observing, thinking etc. .After feeling andunderstanding the language points, let students get the knowledge actively byprobe study and cooperative study. In a word,we’ll1.Teach the Ss how to besuccessful language learners.2. Make thestudents take an active part in class activities.3.Let the students summarize the language points through their own thinking.4.Let the Ss pass &Observation—Imitation—Practice &(观察—模仿—实践三步教学法) to study language.5.Teach the Ss how to master dialogues and how to communicatewith others.6. The wholeclass will be divided into four groups to have a competition.Theseactivities can help students learn the new words faster and arouse theirinterest in learning English.Total Physical Response method is used in this step.Thirdly,newpatterns teaching
According to the characteristics of thevocabulary and the material objects and pictures I have prepared,I will useSituation Hypothesis Method to teach new sentences.Let's suppose we are havingP.E class,there are four types of sports,they are football,basketball,tabletennis and morning exercise. Practice and Consolidation

In this step,firstly,I will ask severalstudents to performe this dialogue.
Secondly,I will give students somesimilar situations to play and ask them to use the words and patterns that wehave learnt in this class.For example,…….Aswe all know,students in primary school like to show their ability in everyaspect,they like interesting things.So these activities can provide thestudents a good chance to show themselves and it also can arouse the studentsinterest of learning English.An active class atmosphere can make students focuson class.
Summary (6 minutes)
In this step,first I’ll divide the Ss into four groups andbring a competition into the class.Then I will ask the students what they have learnt in thisclass .Every student must join group disscussion.After 3 minutes ,a studentrepresentative will be selected from each group to answer my question and Iwill give comments. At lastlet’s see which group is the winner.Doing these activities can give studnetsmore opportuities to join the class and consolidate the content of thisclass.What is more,these activities also can help studnets train their team spirit by working in groups. ReflectionInthe process of teaching, I carry on task-based teaching method. I design ___tasksfor the students to complete. I try to make the lesson rich, effective, andinstructive. But as we know, not all the students are of the same level,a few ofthem may have difficulty in Task __-- ____________________________..However, every coin has two sides. If all the activities are designed for theaverage students, the quick learners will not improvetheir ability in such a class. I hope I can find out some multi-activities forstudents of different levels to solve this problem.

  说课和试讲,是四川考试面试的核心部分,而说课和试讲又有着明显的区别。二者有什么样的区别,说课应该怎么说,试讲应该怎么讲,我将通过两篇文章来谈。下面,从说课说起。
  一、说课概述
  (一)说课的定义
  指教师在备课基础上,对领导、同行或评委口头表述相关课题 的教学及其依据的一种教研活动。
  简单来讲,说课就是说说你是怎么教的,为什么这么教。
  (二)说课的作用
  考评教师的学科专业知识、分析能力、教学设计能力、语言表达能力、对教育理论的实际应用能力等
  (三)说课类型
  按学科分:语文说课、数学说课、美术说课&&
  按用途分:教研说课、示范性说课、考核说课等
  二、说课的具体内容及评价标准
  (一)说课内容
  说课的内容,主要包含以下&六说&:
  说教材(Analysis of teaching material )
  说学情(Analysis of Students )
  说教法(Teaching methods)
  说学法(Learning methods)
  说教学过程(程序)(Teaching procedures)
  说板书设计(Blackboard design )
  (二)说课评价标准

  教学方法的选择和运用科学、实用

  答辩正确、清楚
  三、说课与试讲的区别
  (一)对象不同
  说课:同行老师、专家
  讲课:学生
  (二)内容不同
  说课:讲述教什么、怎么教以及为什么这么教
  讲课:传授知识及学习方法
  (三)讲述方式
  说课:间接讲述
  讲课:直接讲解
  下面,我们来一起简单看看说课的具体的流程。
  四、说课的基本程序
  说课的基本程序,就是按照上文所提到的六说的程序来进行,对于没一部分,考生在备考时应该都准备好自己的比较熟悉的模板,应考时可以结合模板,带入新的内容。
  (一)说教材(Analysis of teaching material )
  说教材主要要从三个方面来说:
  1 说教材地位与作用:三个方面
  地位:教材的地理位置(教材版本、学段、单元中的位置)

  内容:本节的主要内容简介
  This text is about .../The content is.../The main idea is...
  作用:本节内容的亮点/本节与前后章节间的联系
  This is an important lesson in this book. Such a topic is related to...
  2 说教学目标:三个维度
  知识与技能(knowledge & skill objectives /Knowledge object ):
  learn,understand,grasp,apply&&
  过程与方法(process & method objectives /Ability object):experience/explore/discover...by ...
  情感态度与价值观(emotion & attitude &values objectives /Emotional object):
  promote, arouse, form, cultivate, foster&
  3 说教学重点、难点:三种确定方式
  什么是教学重点?
  教学重点是指有共性、有重要价值(包括认知价值、迁移价值和情感价值)的内容。
  什么是教学难点?
  就是学生难于理解和掌握的内容。学习难点是如何形成的呢?一般说来,主要有以下几个方面:(1)学生没有知识基础或者知识基础很薄弱;(2)学生原有的经验是错误的;(3)内容学习需要转换思维视角(如从宏观到微观)
  (二)说学情
  分析学生的知识层次、能力水平、学习方法、学习习惯、生理与心理特征等方面的现状,学生在教学中可能出现的问题及其解决方式等。
  以二年级学生为例:
  The pupils of grade two are very active, and have curiosity about new knowledge. Besides, they are willing to play games under the teacher&s guidance, but their abstract thinking abilities are still not fully developed. Before this lesson, the students have already learned the number from 1 to 20, and they&re also familiar with time through the daily life, but they are not quite familiar with the five new words.
  (三)说教法
  具体要求说出:
  1.为完成本课时的教学目的和教学内容所采用的教学方法及理论依据&&是什么,为什么
  2.采用什么样的方法讲清重点、突破难点和抓住关键&&怎么做
  3.如何发挥教师的主导作用和学生学习的积极性,以及采用什么方法、怎样创造条件使学生能主动参与学习的过程&&新课程
  常用的英语教学方法:
  任务型教学法Task based teaching method
  交际法Communicative method
  情景教学法Situational teaching method
  全身反应法TPR method
  视听法Audio-visual method
  例如:According to the students physiological and psychological characteristics,I will adopt task-based language teaching method, TPR method and the situational approach to improve the students enthusiasm,design a variety of activities , make the students learn to play and play to learn .
  (四)说学法
  学法即学习指导方法。即采用什么方法和措施让学生爱学、学会、会学,其目的是引导学生会学。具体要求说出:
  1.通过何种途径培养和激发学生的学习兴趣(调动优秀学生的积极思维和激发较差学生的学习兴趣)
  2.采用什么方式训练和培养学生的哪些学习习惯和学习方法,培养学生哪些能力
  3.采用什么方法指导学生学习。掌握何种职业技能和学科研究方法
  常用的英语学习方法:
  自主学习法Autonomous Learning
  合作学习法Cooperative Learning
  探究式学习法 Researched learning
  例如:The students can get comprehensive language using skills by autonomic learning, cooperating, exploring, etc.
  (五)说教学过程
  说教学过程要从整体上把握以下几点:整体的思路与环节;每个环节的逐个介绍(重难点的突破);先介绍步骤的进行,再介绍为何这样做;注意师生活动。
  教学基本环节主要有以下几点:
  1.导入(warm up /lead in)
  导入技能是引起学生注意、激发学习兴趣、引起学习动机、明确学习目的和建立知识间联系的教学活动方式。它能将学生的注意力吸引到特定的教学任务和程序之中,所以,又称为定向导入。
  导入方法:
  直接导入(高年级学生,慎用)
  温故导入(第二、三课时使用)
  悬念导入
  经验导入
  实验导入
  歌曲导入
  情境导入(万能导入法)
  故事导入
  问题导入
  例如:In this step, I'm going to show a short video about a busy day on the street and ask students to describe it. Then I'm going to ask questions about today&s topic, such as &There are many ways to go to somewhere. Do you know what they are?&
  2.新授(presentation)
  新授部分是教学过程的核心环节,在这部分,要把握以下原则:
  与前四说前后呼应
  不同类型课的新授环节
  例如:Now, I&d like to talk about the following steps:
  (1) Show some pictures of fruit, vegetables and meat to the students, such as pork, tofu, mutton, cabbage, eggplant, green beans, tomato.
  (2) The teacher makes conversations with some students by using the sentence pattern &What would you like for lunch? I&d like some tomatoes and mutton.&
  3.巩固练习(practice)
  文史类:学生多种形式朗读、对话;小组讨论
  理工类:做题(基础题、拓展题)、实际运用
  技能类:学生模仿(独自练习,小组练习)、动手操作
  例如:Role-play the story: Garfield&s Dream
  Activity 1: Read the story.
  Activity 2: Role-play the story.
  Activity 3: Complete the exercise.
  4.小结(summary)
  建议学生自己做总结
  例如:(1) Students summarize the language points they have le
  (2) I make supplements and emphasizes the difference of the sentences &What does he / she do?& and &What do you do?&
  (3) Help the Students to know where there is a dream, there is a way.
  5.布置作业(homework)
  作业性质:
  巩固基础知识,联系生活实际
  注意:
  不能布置重复、机械的作业
  例如:Do a survey on how your family members go to work or go to school and describe it by using the words and sentences we have learned this class.
  说教学过程的注意点:
  说课语言与讲课、试讲语言的不同
  英语课堂活动的设计
  (六)说板书设计
  板书是教师以教学内容为素材、以教学目标为依据,在黑板上、投影片上(或用Powerpoint工具制成计算机课件),用书写文字、符号或绘图等方式,向学生呈现教学内容、分析认识过程,将知识概括化和系统化,启发学生思维,帮助学生理解和记忆的教学手段。板书一般分为主板书和副板书两种。
  板书设计要注意以下几点:
  1.板书必须跟讲解的语言和体态密切配合,边讲边写
  2.主板书&副板书
  主板书:授课逻辑思路(位置:中间往左)
  副板书:复习的知识、需强化的重点
  以上是说课的简要流程及注意事项,限于篇幅,不能一一详述。考生在备考时,对每个模块都要形成属于自己的一套比较熟悉的模板,然后整合在一起,就形成了一片完整的说课稿。注意每个模块之间的衔接与过渡。将自己的稿子多次练习,熟练掌握。
