近年来信用卡业务快速发展，促进了居民的消费，为居民生活提供了便利。但是有部分不法分子利用信用卡违法套现，从中谋取利益。信用卡套现危害极大，千万不能因贪图一时利益而走上违法犯罪的道路。危害一：冻结信用卡账户小李是一名初入职场的新人，经常以虚构交易的方式套取大量现金。小李：最近又没钱买包了，怎么办呢？小王：这还不好办啊，你在我的POS机上刷几笔，钱立马就到你账上！小李：这么容易？不会有什么风险吧？小王：当然没有风险！POS机都是我通过正规渠道拿营业执照申请下来的，保证安全。经过小王的劝说，在没有真实交易的情况下，小李多次通过POS机，以虚构交易的方式套取大量现金用于消费。半年时间内，非法获取现金60余万元。最终，小李套现的行为被A银行信用卡交易监测系统捕捉到，A银行将其纳入不良持卡人“黑名单”，并冻结其信用卡账户。危害二：信用卡被降额小张是背负房贷的普通员工，有比较大的资金需求。小张：最近手头有点紧，没钱还房贷啊！小赵：兄弟，扫我的商家二维码，我就能立即把你信用卡额度提现，手续费很低，你可以拿这笔钱还房贷。小张：这方法不错，我试试。通过扫描小赵的商家二维码，小张在没有实际消费交易的情况下多次进行信用卡套现，共获取10万元用于归还房贷，并且未按期还款，造成信用卡逾期。最终，小张的行为构成了信用卡违规套现，银行将其信用额度从10万元降至2千元。危害三：构成信用卡诈骗罪小刘是没有稳定收入来源的自由职业者，需要使用大量资金。小刘：找不到好工作，没钱花了，怎么办呢？小吴：可以伪造证件去银行办理信用卡，然后套取现金。在小吴的鼓动下，小刘拿着伪造的收入证明、房产证等办理了信用卡，随后在多家商店刷卡套现。逾期后，小刘以各种理由拒绝银行工作人员的催收，甚至变更联系方式，导致银行无法要求其偿还信用卡透支款项。最终，小刘通过套现共透支5万多元。最终，小刘使用虚假材料办理信用卡，通过套现恶意透支，并且屡次躲避催收拒绝还款，金额较大，该行为构成信用卡诈骗罪，判处有期徒刑2年，并处以2万元罚金。风险提示：违法套现，害人害己！违法套现，害人害己！违法套现，害人害己！法律条文《最高人民法院、最高人民检察院关于办理妨害信用卡管理刑事案件具体应用法律若干问题的解释》第十二条规定：违反国家规定，使用销售点终端机具（POS机）等方法，以虚构交易、虚开价格、现金退货等方式向信用卡持卡人直接支付现金，情节严重的，应当依据刑法第二百二十五条的规定，以非法经营罪定罪处罚。本文转自微信公众号“邮储银行信用卡”}

信用卡 目前产生的危害主要有以下这几点：1、容易让人盲目消费。信用卡存在的本身意义就是缓解我们资金短缺的难题，并不是让我们过度消费。想要提前消费也要看自己能否有还款的能力，如果一味的过度消费，到期不能还款，对自己的信用也有影响。2、 信用卡逾期 后会产生不良记录。过度消费后没有能力还款，长期的恶意欠款，是导致不良信用记录的最主要原因，严重的情况下会被银行记录 征信 黑名单，上了征信黑名单也不是永久的，逾期会保留5年，5年后才会自动消除，切记不能逾期导致被记录黑名单，一旦被记录，以后想要通过银行 贷款
买车 买房就很困难了。3、信用卡可能被盗刷。信用卡基本上都是默认免密码刷卡消费的，如果信用卡不小心丢失或者被盗的情况下，就会造成不必要的麻烦以及损失。
