和小编一样很多人都对银行工作人员的收入都很关注，有的说收入很高，也有的说不高，这让打算考银行的小伙伴很疑惑，银行真实的工资水平到底是什么样?实际收入是怎么算的?下面由河南华图金领人为你揭秘。
一、银行收入有哪些?
一般来说，银行收入包括：基本工资+绩效奖金+福利待遇，三大部分组成，不同岗位、职级对应着不同的薪资水平。
一位银行内部人员透露，各银行的员工一般分为很多级，有的银行分为12级，有的银行分为15级 ，还有的银行分为17级，不同的级别对应着不同的工资。
二、收入具体怎么算?
1、基本工资(岗位工资+履职津贴)
(1)岗位工资：岗位工资的收入是固定的，取决于两个因素：岗位和职级。
比如柜员、客户经理，一个岗位对应一个薪资范围。比如说研究生和本科生，都是做柜员，岗位相同，但是研究生的职级比本科生高，所以岗位工资还是有差别的。
(2)履职津贴：鼓励你在岗位上勤勤恳恳工作，给发的补贴。其实履职津贴这部分，现在很多企业里已经没有了。
2、绩效奖金
银行会根据你的工作表现、贡献利润最后打出A、B、C、D几个等级，根据最后的评分来核算奖金。
绩效奖金跟多个指标挂钩的，有时个人任务量完不成，并不意味着你的绩效工资一定就很低，因为可能支行任务量完成的比较好。
根据目前情况来看，五大行基本工资和绩效奖金的比例大概是1:2，股份制银行高一些，大概是1:5，城商行绩效比例更高，当然也有些省份的农信用社季度奖金比某些银行的年薪高的。
3、福利待遇
(1)五险一金：参加基本养老保险、基本医疗保险、失业保险、工伤保险和生育保险，缴纳住房公积金(公积金比较多)。
(2)企业年金(补充养老保险)
企业年金是银行利润好，所以拿出一部分为员工增加福利，退休之后才能拿到的。也有些银行是按照1:5的比例来缴纳，就是如果员工缴纳100，那么银行会帮你缴纳500。
(3)节日福利
一般五一、国庆、春节的时候，各家银行基本都会发一些超市的购物卡，每次几百到一千不等，当然各家银行发的也不同。
三、什么影响收入水平?
一般影响银行人收入的是地理位置、所处的银行、所处银行的级别。
1、当地的经济水平不同
北广上深、二线城市和县城各银行待遇肯定是不一样的，与该地区的经济发展水平有直接关系。
2、银行的级别不同(省行、支行)
级别不同，薪资水平差异较大。但也看每个人的选择，比如有的伙伴就特别想回家乡，那选择五大行还不如选择邮储银行。因为邮储网点广、在偏远地区占优势，效益比五大行好。
3、报考的银行不同
近几年，以招商和浦发为首的各股份制银行，以及北京银行、南京银行等城商行发展较为迅速，前景很不错，收入水平超五大行，但业务量大一些，压力与收入成正比。
