{"database":{"Post":{"":{"contributes":[],"title":"4个问题,让你对课程顾问不再疑惑","author":"xu-sheng-58-59","content":"知乎上关于课程顾问的回答,有不少都是负面的,抱怨工作强度大,忽悠客户,职业上升路径窄等。之前我有写过一篇关于英孚的课程顾问的介绍,有不少朋友评论或私信我关于课程顾问的问题,这里面大部分都是关于课程顾问这个职位本身的,本文将提供你4条干货,帮助你在这条道路上不那么迷茫。一、什么是课程顾问?无论你是刚毕业的大学生还是准备转行的职场白领,只要有往课程顾问发展的想法,在决定尝试之前,都需要弄明白课程顾问到底是怎样的职位。课程顾问就是销售,重要的事照理说应该说三遍的,但我想这一遍就能引起你的重视。这个行业中7成以上的人认为销售就是忽悠,推销,为了成交不折手段。我从不否认教育这么大的市场中,有一些机构为了利益over promise的情况,但是请记住,培训机构的口碑是非常重要的,市面上没有任何一家全是负面消息的机构能依然能够生存下来的。然而,大多数人能有这样推论基本都来自于自己的心态。我们听到的每一件事情仅仅是观点,而非事实我们看见的每一件事情仅仅是出发角度不一样,而非真理就像有人把公司的价值观培训叫做“洗脑”就像有人把推荐产品叫做”忽悠,安利”多数人有这个想法的原因1)
\n教育是虚拟产品,课程顾问对产品的理解和熟悉程度可能有偏差,在介绍产品时把控不到“度”,导致客户对课程理解和预期有出入,从而引发投诉,课程顾问会认为是产品自身的问题。2)
\n教育产品区别于常规实物产品,例如灯泡,零食,教育类产品不能立竿见影,具有较长的验收周期,客户反映课程没有效果,课程顾问不深入调查具体原因,质疑产品质量。3)
\n不认同企业价值观,内心排斥公司的文化,无法产生主人翁意识。4)
\n团队氛围不和谐,只要是销售,就无法完全规避抢单,撞单或相处不融洽的情况,带有主观想法判断他人取得的结果。所以,看待现象的角度和思考方式不一样,得到的结论就会不一样,正是有这7成观点的人,优秀的课程顾问才变得稀缺。二、课程顾问是怎样销售的?准确的来说,课程顾问是顾问式销售,是不是感觉多了三个字,瞬间就变得高大上了不少。有些人听到“销售”就觉得反感,那是因为对它有不正确的理解,小时候你说服妈妈给你买玩具,此时你是个销售人员,创业者说服投资人融资,此时他们是个销售人员,生活中我们经常扮演着销售的角色,真正优秀的销售会让一切显得不那么刻意,是非常流畅和愉快的过程。所以,在开始之前不要给自己“设陷”,过了自己那关,才能帮助别人。传统销售——顾客是上帝,好商品就是性能好、价格低,服务是为了更好地卖出产品顾问式销售——顾客是朋友、是与销售者存在共同利益的群体,好商品是顾客真正需要的产品,服务本身就是商品,服务是为了与顾客达成沟通
来自度娘我自己的理解是,顾问式销售是在沟通过程中,跟客户建立友好的关系,根据客户需求,提供客户最佳的解决方案,每一个细节都是让客户产生信任的过程,最后达成双赢。基于每个教育平台不一样,职能及工作内容会有区分。大致会有两种:其中当面咨询和跟踪是顾问式销售最重要的两个环节,简单说下,能否让客户产生学习意识,当天下单或在理想时间内转化都是课程顾问能力的体现。三、如何判断我想去的这家机构是否靠谱?这个行业中,一些不良公司让课程顾问对这个职位失去了信心,到了后面对所有培训机构一概而论的抱怨。下面是我综合我几年下来总结的经验:1.公司规模大小,这是硬实力的体现,全国多少点,校区大小等2.把自己当客户,去咨询一次,大胆提问,看看他们的课程顾问能力怎么样,是否直击了你的需求3.涨面试你的领导或老板提问,他们对这个职位的看法,如果他们这课程顾问都完全不了解话,别去,因为这自己没有提高,反之,如果领导对职位非常了解的话,那会是让你成长的地方。4.抽样调查报过这个课的人,他们觉得产品,服务怎么样,客户永远是最有效的反馈。5. 薪资待遇,别相信是金子总会发光的,苦逼是苦逼不出来,多劳多得,真正优秀的公司是不会辜负给公司带来效益的课程顾问的。6.如果在刚进一家公司比较迷茫的时候,看看同事的工作和生活状态是不是你想要的,不是的话别留恋,马上走。四、为什么我要做课程顾问/我能得到什么?1)
\n高薪资待遇,我知道这个你们最关心,所以写在第一个。当然,这个根据平台和城市不一样,待遇也会有差别。2)
\n客户分级应对,不同客户类型,之后会梳理出四大类,面对不同的人群如何兵来将挡,水来土掩。3)
\n熟练把控客户心理,什么时候客人是习惯性讲价,为什么客人不方便透露不买单原因。4)
\n数据分析能力,本月咨询量,客单价,转化率,流失客户去向,如何实现目标,不是拍脑壳的做销售,而是“可控”的完成目标5)
