为什么我要交地税和国税？
我是个体工商户，从事零售音像制品，现办了地税执照，但还被告知还要办理国税执照，这事为什么？这合理吗？
1、你需要在国税交纳增值税，所以国税要你办理税务登记是正确的
2、现在大部分地区都是国税和地税合并办理税务登记，但也有少数地方是分开办理的，也许你们那是分开办理的
3、按合并办理税务登记的规定，你应该在国税办理税务登记，而不应在地税办理，因为你的主要税种是增值税，应该是以国税管理为主，地税只需要确认
