英语翻译随着经济的迅猛发展、企业规模的不断扩大,企业对于组织结构的变革的要求不断增加.鉴于目前国内企业的组织结构都比较单一,且时间较短,缺乏组织结构变革的经验.这篇文章首先阐述了目前常见的组织结构理论,然后对中国组织结构的特点及其存在的问题作了简要的总结,接着分析了海尔组织结构的发展状况及其变革的相关特点,在此基础上试图为企业组织结构的构建以至变革提供有益的借鉴.本文最后提出了组织结构动态化不断调整积极创新、集权与分权相结合、依据自身情况的专业化与多元化选择、先强后大等原则,以此为企业的组织结构变革提供借鉴.

As the rapid development of economy and the expansion of enterprise scale, there emerges an increasing need for the transformation of enterprise' s structure. in the regard of the single organization structure, short existing time and lack of the experience of reform of enterprise, this paper first illustrates some common organization structure theories, gives a brief summary of the characteristics and the current problems existing in the enterprise's organization structure of China, and then analyzes the state of development and the concerned characteristics of Haier's organization structure for benefiting the construction of other enterprises' organization structure and their reform. Finally, this paper suggests a dynamic organization structure which emphasizes somes principles for the enterprises' organization structure reform: to combine innovation, concentration and separation of power, to take into account of
its own characteristics while move toward specialization, to make diversified choice, and to
strengthen its power before expansion. All of these could be used for reference in then enterprises' organization structure reform.
