（一）义务兵退役后的岗位选择：义务兵，在部队服现役两年，一般都是从学校到部队，有的是学校毕业后1-5年再到部队的。大多数是初中、高中、中专文化程度，少数是小学、大学文化程度，谈不上有多丰富的社会实际工作经验，但具有很强的年龄优势和追求进步的愿望。义务兵退役被市场认可的择业资本，主要是两年的部队锻炼。义务兵在部队的两年中，基本上都是军事训练和学习，特点是守纪律、听指挥、不怕苦、有集体荣誉感、尊重领导、能服从指挥者命令，对工作负责等。退役到地方后比较适合于做保安、消防、司机、基层营销人员、仓库管理、工厂机械操作、装配、生产线工人、电工、各计件工种的工人等。经过一段时间的实际锻炼并结合自己的工作能力和人际交往能力等，许多义务兵都能胜任相应工作的技术和行政管理。　　（二）士官退役后的岗位选择：士官在部队服役5年以上，其中一些同志在部队通过了自学考试、军队院校培训或军地两用人才的培养，其文化素养及独立分析处理问题的能力要高于义务兵。绝大部分士官都有在部队当过班长或代理排长、技师等职务的经历，所以，他们除了有义务兵的特点外，还具有一定的组织管理能力、良好的合作精神和人际交往能力。退役到地方能胜任前述义务兵所能从事的工作，并能较快地进入角色，胜任相应的技术和行政业务。另外，士官在熟悉地方业务后，可以做保安队长、消防主管、管理咨询公司的拓展训练教官、司机兼行政、行政助理、营销经理等行业层次稍高一些的工作。一些企业招聘储备干部，还会把一些部队退役的士官列入其招聘对象，先做工人，经过一段时间的实际工作锻炼后，便很快就升为企业干部。　　（三）干部退役后的岗位选择：军队干部，一部分是由学校直接培养出来的，另一部分是从义务兵、士官逐步成长起来的，大多数干部都有大专以上的文凭。他们有义务兵、士官的特点，还有带兵作战指挥和思想政治工作、后勤保障工作及装备管理工作等经验。退役后到地方究竟能干什么?每个人具体年龄、性格、特长、经历、经验、素养等不同，所能胜任的工作也各有千秋。根据退役军人人才网的动态分析，下列职位招聘退役干部的最多：企业行政主管、办公室主任、书记、人事部长、保安经理、记者、编辑、地区商务代表、经理、厂长、会计、工程预算及管理人员、教师等。

2、还应具备以下条件中的一点：
