“红十字天使计划”
Red Cross Angel Program
“ To protect people’s health and life” is a consistent mission of Red Cross cause. Hence, CRCF carried out Red Cross Angel Program in August 2005, with purposes to take care of the lives and health of poor farmers and children in underdeveloped rural areas of C to raise capital and medial materials for their assistance by mobilizing social resources
to implement medical aid for the serious diseased adults and children in rural China.
With the RCAP we are carrying out three major projects:
(Building up village clinics or town level hospitals.)

“博爱助学计划”
CRCF launched the Fraternity Educational Aid Program in May 2005. The goal of this program includes: mobilizing social sources to build schools, donate books, and train teachers in underdeveloped rural China; To finance students from poor families for college education.
At present, Chinese Red Cross Foundation carries out four major projects in the framework of Fraternity Educational Aid Program: Building up fraternity schools (including computer rooms and music classrooms) in underd Donating “Red Cross Stacks” Tra Setting up fraternity scholarship to finance poor college students.

中国红行动
Chinese RED Action
2008年5月10日，中国红基会联合企业、媒体在北京共同发起大型公益项目“中国红行动”。该项目旨在借鉴欧美“红计划”的慈善募款方式，动员海内外知名企业加盟和参与“中国红行动”，开发生产带有红色元素和授权标识的“中国红”产品，并将产品销售的部分利润捐赠给中国红基会,用来开展多种慈善项目。
In May 2008, Chinese Red Cross Foundation launched the “Chinese RED Action”, following the idea of the RED Plan in Europe, to partner with branded manufacturers and services providers in China to create a sustainable fundraising model and support various charity programs.
Similar to RED Plan in Europe, manufacturers or services providers joined The China RED Action are supposed to develop RED products and donate part of the profits out of the sales to Chinese Red Cross Foundation.
“中国红行动”以创造性的“多方共赢”新机制，倡导“购物即行善”的慈善理念，推动中国公益精神和社会责任意识的普及，力图创造一个人人可以参与的慈善大平台。
Chinese RED Action, advocates the idea of shopping is charity, in order to create a common charity platform to which everyone could easily get access. It is expected to be a new constructive all-win charity mechanism.
2008年12月5日，“中国红行动”荣获中国慈善领域的最高政府奖项――2008年度中华慈善奖“最具影响力慈善项目”。
“Chinese RED Action” was awarded the China Charity Prize (top governmental prize for charity in China) with the title of “The Most Influential Charity Program” by the Ministry of Civil Affairs of PRC on Dec.5th, 2008.

重大疾病请求红十字基金会救助

我表妹现年25岁，因2010年左腿感觉疼痛不能下地行走，后经西京医院确诊为骨肿瘤，同年经几个月治疗得以康复，完全可以自理行动。治愈后不到1年时间复发，继续于西京医院治疗，于2012年2月出院，治疗稍有好转，但还不能行走，后在家待养治疗，短短5个月后，如今又复发严重，疼痛难忍，治疗费用昂贵，因前2次治疗承担一大笔费用，现已无法承担这笔费用，请求红十字基金会救助。现不知救助途径，请求律师朋友帮助给予信息和更好地建议。
