从微商小白到年薪百万，辣木传奇董事自述晋升之路
重庆的五月，正值盛夏，炎热慢慢袭来&&当同学们都在准备毕业答辩的时候，我顶着烈日在外面谋了一个送外卖的小工。因为家中父亲车祸吃了官司，家庭陷入经济危机。我不能再靠家里每月的生活费生活，毕业的迷茫和生活压力，让我不敢怠慢，白天送外卖，晚上当同学们都入睡了，再一个人写论文。
送外卖的经历让我对工作有了新的认识，&人穷受人欺&，这句话一点也不假，然而钱真的不是那么好赚的!!每天辛苦工作，忙里忙外，累到就想在炎热的太阳下就地入睡!那段时间除了迷茫还是迷茫!毕业后到底该何去何从?踏入社会的光明之路又在何方?
我始终相信一个爱笑的男孩运气都不会太差，机遇也许会在一瞬间就降临到自己身边!在一次送外卖的过程中，我偶然结识了一位老师，当天气温非常酷热，他很客气的给我倒了杯茶，亲切的说：这么热的天，休息下，喝杯茶再走!
就是那一杯茶，改变了我，让我的人生有了极大的转折&&
在喝茶闲聊的过程中，我得知我所喝的是&辣木茶&，当时对&辣木&全然无知。经过老师的讲解，才得知&辣木&竟然如此神奇!而后，我辞掉了送外卖的工作，开始接触了解我现在的公司&辣木传奇&。在深入学习了解的过程中，我不仅对神奇植物&辣木&产生了浓厚的兴趣，更被公司的超前意识和营运模式所征服，于是我带着发展健康事业的冲劲，带着对未来的憧憬，带着一个大学毕业生的梦，开始了我的新微商之路。
刚开始，我像个无头苍蝇一样，到处碰壁，不知所措。甚至很多人都不理解微商这个职业，尤其现在做微商的人越来越多，品牌也越来越多，骗子和假货也越来越多，我的工作在很长一段时间里陷入死胡同。
公司也多次给予培训和鼓励，一次次培训，一次次经历，让我积累了一定经验。我开始摸索出自己的一套方法。不论是传统商铺还是微商，所面对的都是身边的客户，我们要做的第一点就是不能让客户反感!于是我尝试着和客户做朋友，用心交流，更用产品的&独特优势&来让客户欣然接受，我告诉他们：&我卖的不是产品，而是健康!&就是这句话，让很多客户欣然接受，甚至感动&&现在都有好多客户成为好朋友，因为他们感谢我的真诚相待，感谢我传递他们&健康&!
经验越多，朋友就越多，朋友越多，客户也越多&&就这样，在短短的三个月里，我从一个微商小白，铜牌经销到后来带团队，做讲师，最后晋升为公司董事。这一路，虽然磕磕绊绊，但越挫越勇，好运永远留给能抓住机遇又认真工作的人。
&努力了不一定成功，不努力一定失败&，这是我现今的人生信条。更明白，无论何时，都要学会感恩、学会感受、传递和分享。我想在今后的微商之路、创业之路、健康之路上，越走越远!最后感谢辣木传奇给我机会加入这个大家庭，更感谢五月的某一天的那一杯茶。
