4月7日，一则消息惊爆了大家的朋友圈，有媒体披露深圳36岁的IT男张斌被发现猝死在公司租住的酒店马桶上面，当日凌晨1点他还发出了最后一封工作邮件。此事让不少人唏嘘不已。当天深圳某论坛对关于加班的话题展开网调，投票显示，近八成网友不喜欢加班，但近五成网友是经常加班的，一周下来不需要加班只占近两成，六成以上网友因加班导致家人有意见。

　　深圳某论坛对关于加班的网调显示，48.31%的网友称“经常加班”，29.6%的网友称“一般都不加班”，还有22.09%的网友则是“时不时要加下班”。
　　14.61%的网友表示一周要加一次班，一周要加班两次的也有11.48%，一周要加三次班的则占13.71%，12.82%的网友表示一周要加五次班，而一周要加六天班和七天班的，都各占8.35%。
　　至于加班的原因？68.45%的网友认为是“老板为了节省人力开支，派的活太多了”，还有34.23%的网友称是“员工怕不加班会丢饭碗”，也有5.8%的网友认为是“员工自己喜欢加班”，14.43%的网友说还有其他原因。
　　近八成人“一点不喜欢”
　　那加班的网友们是如何看待加班？有78.51%的网友称“我一点都不喜欢加班”，也有14.93%的网友称“无所谓”，还有6.57%的网友认为“加班，挺好的”。
　　至于家人的态度？63.77%的网友表示“不好说，加班多了，多少会有点意见的啦”，也有31.89%的网友表示家人“坚决反对”，只有4.34%的网友称家人会“坚决支持”
　　在深圳，工作加班是正常现象吗？55.39%的网友认为“经常加班很正常，不加班才不正常呢”，也有31.11%的网友称“加班总会有的，但不太多”，还有13.51%的网友是“基本没有加班，我基本上都是按时上下班的”。
　　深圳36岁的IT男张斌（图），被发现猝死在公司租住的酒店马桶上面，怀疑和过度劳累有关。南京专家表示，年轻人猝死绝大多数都是心源性猝死，过度劳累是诱发因素。医学上称这种发生在20—40岁青壮年身上的猝死，叫做“青壮年急死综合征”。
